HOTEL INFORMATION

We are pleased to announce that the host hotel for this year's Orlando Bear Bash is the The Radisson Resort in Orlando-Celebration. The Radisson Resort provides our attendees with all the amenities and services of a large resort, while at the same time, affording us the exclusivity and privacy of our own room building, pool, and hot tub. We will have exclusive use of the bear building and pool area of this property during our main events (from Thursday to check out on Sunday).

The Radisson Resort in Orlando-Celebration will provide Bear Bash run pass holders a discounted room rate of $85 per night for their regular guest rooms (1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds) when purchased in advance (based upon availability). This rate includes a hotel room in the bear exclusive building and pool area. The rate is also inclusive of resort fees, maid service fees. The Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration is so eager to host our group that they have graciously offered our guests an early check in on Thursday (10am) and a late check out on Sunday (5pm) for no additional charge.

In addition, run pass holders can also arrive up to three days early and stay three days after the official event (Thursday-Sunday) and receive the discounted rate (based upon availability). Join us for our pre-comer events or just come early and stay late to enjoy Orlando's world class attractions.
